Sarah Rich Photography offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your portrait needs. Please contact us directly for availability and to arrange your session time.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am located in Panama City, Florida and the surrounding areas. Sessions can take place at beautiful outdoor locations!

DO YOU ACCEPT RESERVATIONS?

Yes, reservations are required to secure your session date. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and location.

HOW LONG IS THE TYPICAL WAIT?

Turnaround time for edited images typically ranges from 2-4 weeks depending on session type and season. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is available where possible, and deposits may be refundable based on timing and circumstances.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

I love to see everyone's style! Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. If you are wearing a short dress make sure you're wearing spandex under, I might have you sit criss cross and I want you to be comfortable. Try to incorporate some color into your outfits! for families, color coordinating is essential! Jeans is always a great look for the boys!
